Vendor Registration and Contract

If you would like to exhibit/and or sponsor an activity or speaker, please review the information below. Please pay close attention to the registration and sponsorship options, as we have re-imagined our corporate partnerships. Exhibit booth space will be limited to the first 34 exhibitors.

Last day to register is April 17, 2026 or until all 34 spaces are filled.

Exhibit Booth Space Information 

Hallway Booth

  • Fee: $900
  • Located in hallway outside of exhibit conference rooms. 
  • Each booth consists of a  6’ X 6’ space with a table set-up .
  • Each booth space purchased includes meeting admission for 2 representatives, which allows participation in all educational sessions and LSRC sponsored activities. This includes the opportunity to collect continuing educational credits for professional licensure and special certifications.
  • Electricity will be provided.  
  • Exhibitors will need to provide their own table dressing and signage.
  • There will be no pipes and drapes to divide booths due to limited space.

Room Booth

  • Fee: $800
  • Located in one of the three conference rooms used for Exhibits.
  • Each booth consists of a  6’ X 6’ space with a table set-up .
  • Each booth space purchased includes meeting admission for 2 representatives, which allows participation in all educational sessions and LSRC sponsored activities. This includes the opportunity to collect continuing educational credits for professional licensure and special certifications.
  • Electricity will be provided. 
  • Exhibitors will need to provide their own table dressing and signage.
  • There will be no pipes and drapes to divide booths due to limited space.

Exhibit Booth Set-up and Removal

  • Set-up: 10am – 3pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
  • Exhibitors may not remove displays before 2pm on Thursday, April 23, 2026. 
  • Sections or side wings on display units may not extend, causing interference with views of adjacent exhibits. 
  • A minimum of 4 hours of exhibition time will be scheduled during the first 2 days of the meeting.

General Information

LSRC Meet and Greet

  • Vendor Registration includes an opportunity to attend the Tuesday Evening Meet and Greet at the Marriott at 5:00 PM. More details coming.

Vendor Registration and CEU

  • Additional vendor representatives may register at the rate of $50 per person (limited to 2 additional representatives).  
  • All vendor ID badges will be located at the exhibit booth in the exhibit hall.
  • CEU requirements
    1. Any attendee requesting CEUs must be current AARC members.
    2. Evaluation forms will be available for each session and MUST be submitted to receive credit. 
    3. Failure to submit post-session evaluation(s) will result in no CEU credits earned/given, there are no exceptions to this policy. 
    4. Non-member vendors may pay an additional fee of $100 to obtain CEUs under the policies outlined above. The fee will include an opportunity to join the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC).

 

Hospitality suites: The Board of Directors does not allow hospitality suites to open prior to 6pm, nor remain open later than 11pm, so as not to interfere with the educational program. Your adherence is appreciated.

By completing registration, it is agreed that the Baton Rouge Marriott nor the LSRC shall not be held liable for any damage, loss (via theft or other means), or destruction of any exhibit or its contents, whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the host facility, the LSRC, its officers, and/or agents. All claims for such loss, damage, or theft are being expressly waived by the undersigned exhibitor; therefore, agreeing to indemnify and hold the host facilities and the LSRC harmless for any such claims.
